This is a very small micro-batch production of Java variety, from the tiny La Linda farm.

La Linda is located in the colony of Bolinda, which lies in a lush, steep mountain valley around 10 kilometres outside of the town of Caranavi. The farm was established by Pedro Rodriguez in 2012, and its first year of production was in 2015.

Pedro has trialed several varieties on this farm, including Gesha, Caturra and Java. This Java micro-lot is incredibly special and stood out on the cupping table with its incredible sweetness, pretty floral aroma and complex fruit character.

This is a must-try.
