Kiambu Moran AA Top is a high-quality coffee grown in the Kiambu region of Kenya. The coffee is named after the Kiambu Moran mill farm where it is processed, and it is made from the Arabica bean. The Kiambu Moran mill is located in the central region of Kenya, about 25 kilometers from the capital city of Nairobi. The mill sits at an altitude of about 1,800 meters above sea level, which is ideal for growing coffee.

Kiambu county has deep red volcanic soils, rich in organic matter and perfect for coffee farming. This African coffee is bright, complex, winey sweet, and shares a perfect balance and floral fragrance. The acidity is well-balanced, making it a popular choice among coffee connoisseurs. Kiambu Moran AA Top coffee is an excellent representation of the high-quality coffee produced in the Kiambu region of Kenya.

Despite Kiambu’s close proximity to Kenya’s capital, it is nonetheless known for agriculture – specifically coffee and tea. The county is also home of the Kenyan Coffee Research Foundation.
